Bell nixes Solo action

Last week I posted about my adventures with Solo Mobile that somehow “contracted” with an Alzheimer’s┬ápatient for a cell phone. Solo was not interested in cancelling the telemarketed, unsigned contract.

A reader kindly sent me the name of a VP of Marketing at Bell, the parent company. One polite email later, the contract vaporized with profuse apologies.

A satisfactory ending to the (mis)adventure.
